2 Year Limited Warranty
ALL GP Fiberglass Ltd. products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship and to perform according to factory specifications. If any part (or parts) prove defective within 2 years from the date of purchase, upon satisfactory proof of proper assembly and installation to GP Fiberglass Ltd. or their agents, it will be replaced F.O.B. our factory or repaired at our option without charge the first year, second year at 50% of the current list price, providing our factory has first been notified and given permission. No allowances will be made for labor, transportation, or other charges in the replacement of defective parts. Consequential damages, if any, are specifically excluded from this warranty.
